Join Troop 389

Scouting is for every family

Troop 389 welcomes all youth ready for adventure and leadership. No experience or gear is needed to start — come to a meeting and see what we're about.

How to join

1. Visit a meeting. We meet Tuesdays, 7:00–8:30 PM at Copper Sky Regional Park (44345 M.L.K. Jr. Blvd, Maricopa). Email us first so we know to expect you.
2. Meet the troop. Your Scout will pair with a patrol for the evening and try a skill or game.
3. Register. Complete the youth application with a troop leader. We'll walk you through everything.

What it costs

Dues are kept low and fundraisers (like the annual popcorn sale) cover most trip costs. No one is turned away for financial reasons — confidential assistance is available; just talk to the Scoutmaster.
